that was founded in January 2006.
Among the companies that purchased
software from Terilyon are Intel,
Medtronic, Inodata-Isogen,
Eden Springs, Chochlear
and others, as well as many small
companies worldwide, in a variety of
business domains.
Terilyon develops business applications
for time tracking and billing like
TimeGuard, and other business oriented
software like knowledge and tasks management systems. Terilyon emphasizes creativity
and innovation in its products,
attempting to give a twist to the
outcome. Terilyon's solid experience in
GUI design is another aspect blended in,
making our products, first and foremost,

Major TimeGuard 4 update was
released. Version 4.1.0.0
include speed improvements and
bug fixes.
Administrator's option to
increase stations speed was
added to TimeGuard Network in
the 'Manager tools' window.

Terilyon
Software is proud to announce
the release of TimeGuard 4.
TimeGuard 4 adds new
functionality like task progress
tracking and additional
managerial controls. Version 4
is even easier to use than
before, as the user interface
was streamlined to improve
user's experience and
productivity.
June 15, 2010:
Terilyon
Software renew its PPC
advertising campaigns on MSN, Google,
Yahoo and Business.com.
November 20, 2009:
Terilyon
Software launched a PPC
advertising campaign on major
networks, including MSN, Google,
and Yahoo.
Terilyon's ads and software also
appear on major web directories.

15, 2009:
Terilyon
software released TimeGuard
Network and Pro version 3.
Version 3 contains many new
features and improvements. Billing and payment
status was added, as well as
importing tasks to projects,
improved speed, improved
printing and much more. The user
interface was significantly
improved and is now even easier
to use than before. We would
like to thank all our customers
and users for their remarks and
suggestions, that help to make
TimeGuard a better product.
July 1, 2009:
Eden Springs, Europe’s
leading supplier of water, is
distributing Terilyon's
BodyGuard 3.0 software to its
500,000 customers. The software
is now available free of charge
from Eden's web site, following
an agreement between the
companies.

February 11, 2008:
Terilyon Software released TimeGuard Network
version 2. TimeGuard Network 2 time tracking software, is a
major upgrade to the successful
TimeGuard line of products.
TimeGuard's reports were greatly
enhanced among many other
improvements, making it one of
the most attractive packages on
the market.
January 1, 2008:
Terilyon Software released a
public beta of TimeGuard Network
2.
January 11, 2007:
Terilyon Software and
70-Trees, LLC from Chicago
US. signed a distribution
agreement.
70-Trees will help marketing
Terilyon's products in the US.
October 25, 2006:
Mey
Eden (MEYD.TA), and Terilyon
Software Ltd. signed an
agreement, allowing Mey Eden to
freely distribute Terilyon's
'BodyGuard 2.0' software to
hundreds of thousands of Mey
Eden's customers. Customers can
download 'BodyGuard 2.0' from

October 23, 2006:
TimeGuard Network time tracking package, version 1.5,
was released.

20, 2006:
Distribution agreement was
signed between Terilyon Software
and the Canadian company
Cadopolis inc., a leading
provider of AutoCAD and AutoCAD
related products. Cadoplois will distribute Terilyon's time management software to CAD users.

21, 2006:
Distribution agreement was
signed between Terilyon Software
and CADalog, an esteemed CAD
industry provider.
