Assign employees to projects

Applicable to:    TimeGuard Network | TimeGuard Pro




In this window you assign employees to projects.

Important note: If the assignment list is empty, ALL the projects will be available to ALL the employees in the Input window. If one employee was assigned to one or more projects, than ALL the employees must be assigned to projects, otherwise un-assigned employees won't be able to report tasks and expenses.

To assign employees to projects:

  1. Click the 'New' link to enable the 'Assign employees to projects' section.
  2. Check the desired employee names in the employee list and the desired projects in the project list.
  3. Click the 'Save Assignment' button.

    Note: to speed up the selection, right click inside the lists, to check or un-check the entire list.

    Legend:

  1. Assignment list.
  2. Assignment table options. You can also right click inside the table for the same options.
  3. Employees checklist.
  4. Projects checklist.
  5. 'Save Assignment' button: saves a new assignment.
