Prepare reports for a client
Applicable to: TimeGuard Network | TimeGuard Pro
The tasks list report and the expenses list report allow
you to select the columns that appear in the report. This is useful when you
need to send a report to your client but want that some of the columns will be
left out.
- Open the Activity & Billing Reports or the
Expenses Reports (use the navigation pop-up menu ).
- Select the 'Tasks list' or 'Expenses list' in the
'Report' list.
- Check the 'By client' check box and select a
client from the list, or check the 'By project' check box and
select a project from the list.
- Check the
'Client report columns' checkbox at the bottom left of TimeGuard Reports'
window.
- To change the columns which appear in the report
table, click the 'Edit' link, and then select the desired columns in 'TimeGuard
Settings' window.
- When you finish, close 'TimeGuard Settings'
window.
- In 'TimeGuard Reports' window, select one of the
options that fit your need: 'Export Report', 'Email Report as PDF' or 'Print'
(see the icons tool bar at the top of 'TimeGuard Reports' window).
