Edit employees

Applicable to:    TimeGuard Network | TimeGuard Pro




In this window you add, remove or edit employees. Click the 'New' link to add a new employee.


Legend:

    1. Toolbar menu.
    2. Employee list.
    3. Employee list options. You can also right click inside the table for the same options.
    4. Employee details. When an employee is no longer employed, uncheck the 'Employed' check box to hide his name in lists
    5. 'Save employee' button: saves a new employee, or updates an existing one.
