Edit employees

Applicable to:    TimeGuard Network | TimeGuard Pro



In this window you add, remove or edit employees.
Click the 'New' link to add a new employee.

    Legend:

  1. Menu bar.
  2. Employee list.
  3. Table options. You can also right click inside the table to see a pop-up with the same options.
  4. Employee details section. When an employee is no longer employed, uncheck the 'Employed' check box to hide his name in lists.
  5. 'Save Employee' button: saves a new employee, or updates an existing one.
