Expenses tab

In the 'Expenses' tab you report expenses that you
have made for projects.

Legend:
- 'Expenses' tab:
Report expenses.
- Employee name.
- Select the project that the expense relates to
(the client name is shown in parenthesis).
- Task list: Select the current task from the
predefined tasks, or type in a special task.
- Expense date selection.
- Supplier's name.
Note: you
can search the expenses report by typing the name of the supplier.
- 'Price' field: the price of one unit.
- 'Units' field: Number of units that were
bought.
- 'Total' field: The computed total price of
the items.
- 'Add a remark' link: Displays the remark
text-box.
Note: Right click will show the available Auto-remarks .
Note: In the 'Expenses reports', the remarks can be searched using
free text.
- Task remark: If a remark is assigned to an
expense type, it appears in this text-box.
- 'Reports' link: show 'TimeGuard Reports'
window.
- 'Help' link: show 'TimeGuard Help'.
- 'About' link: show the 'About' dialog, where
you can see information like TimeGuard's version number.
- Save expense button (becomes active when all
needed information is set).
- 'Paid' checkbox: check this checkbox if the
expense was paid to the supplier. Uncheck the checkbox if the expense was not
paid.
- 'Expenses types' link: opens the expenses
types list.
- Opens TimeGuard reports window in the projects
section.
- Closes the Input window (TimeGuard remains
active).
