Edit pop-up menu

TimeGuard's 'Edit' pop-up menu is available when you right-click on any table. It contains options that allow you to do several operations:
  1. 'New' - create a new item of the type that is relevant to the current table.
  2. 'Edit' - edit an item. Select the row and then select the 'Edit' option.
  3. 'Delete' - delete an item. Select the row and then select the 'Delete' option.
  4. 'Select All' - select all items in the table.
  5. 'Copy Cells' - copy cells to the clipboard. This option is very useful if you need to copy data from TimeGuard to other software like Excel, Word, or accounting software.
  6. 'Copy Cells With Headers' - copy cells to the clipboard with the headers of the columns. This option is very useful if you need to copy data from TimeGuard to other software like Excel, Word, or accounting software, and preserve the headers.

       

      7.  The popup menu in the 'Activity list' report and the 'Expenses list' report, also contain a sub menu for setting the billing and payment status.
           Below is the one found in the 'Expenses list' report. You can select a bunch of rows and apply the desired status to the selected rows.
