Tasks list report

The 'Tasks list' report is a member of the
'Activity & Billing reports'.
The report shows a list of tasks that the employees
reported.
Note: the example below show the functionality available
to Administrators and project managers. Employees have fewer
functions.

Legend:
- Activity & Billing reports toolbar button.
- Expenses reports toolbar button.
- Projects report toolbar button.
- New task, new expense or new
project toolbar button.
- Export report toolbar button.
- Email report as PDF toolbar button. A PDF viewer
must be installed (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Print report toolbar button.
- The menu bar.
- The tasks list table, showing the tasks which
match the selections in the 'Activity report definition' section.
- 'Resize table' button. Allows expanding the
table size so more items can be viewed.
- Table editing options. You can also use the
'Tables Pop-up menu' to gain access to those options (right click
inside the table).
- The report definitions section.
- Activity & Billing reports list.
- Predefined periods list.
- 'From' and 'To' date selections, allows you to
define the date range of the report.
- Client report columns' checkbox - displays or
hides columns, to allow selective viewing and printing of reports (e.g.
Client report or 'in-house' report). When checked, an icon appears to the
left of the checkbox.
- Edit report columns link - allows selection of
the columns for 'Client report columns' mode and 'normal' mode. Setting the
desired columns is fast and easy, allowing you to adjust the
columns for each client as needed.
- Report cross-sections definition. You can use
any combination by checking the desired check boxes and selecting the proper
items from the lists.
- The tasks total hours, and the accumulated idle time.
Note: The idle time also contains time that was reduced from
one task while switching to another (using the 'switch task' mechanism), so
it cannot be regarded as an accurate break time. If you need
to log breaks time, add 'Break' to the general task types,
and ask the employees to report their breaks.
