Window 7 / Vista problems

Solution: Try to run TimeGuard with
additional administrator rights.
Symptom: TimeGuard would not run
on Windows 7 or Vista, showing error messages.
Most compatibility issues are solved by running
TimeGuard with additional administrator rights. By default, an application is not
started with those additional rights, but this can be done manually by right
clicking the shortcut to the application and selecting Run as administrator
. Those administrator rights can also be added by default, by right
clicking the shortcut to the application, selecting Properties--->
Shortcut tab---> Advanced button and activating the
option Run as
administrator.
This procedure should be repeated for the 3 TimeGuard
shortcuts with orange star icon
. One is found on the desktop
,
one found in 'Start--->All Programs--->TimeGuard', and
the one found in 'Start--->All
Programs--->Startup'.
